Battery and charging safety
- Never open the battery. It's dangerous and there's nothing inside you can fix. If you think it's faulty, contact us.
- Only charge with the charger that came with your bike.
- Your bike is IP54 rated, so it's protected against dust and splashing water. Don't pressure wash it or ride through deep water.
- If the battery is damaged, swollen, unusually hot or smells odd, stop using it and contact us.
- If a battery is smoking or on fire, get away from it, keep others clear and call 000.
